My weekly meal plan is full of quick and easy weeknight meals. Perfect for families and picky eaters!
What are your plans for Mother’s Day tomorrow? I bought tickets to go see Frozen on Ice with the family and I am SO excited to see the look on Lucy’s face when we get there! We will probably stop for breakfast at Cracker Barrel on the way, because no Mother’s Day is complete without breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Cheesy hashbrown casserole for life!
Also, do you think that Frozen on Ice sells wine there? I’m asking for a friend. It’s okay if it has a cutesy name like “Fermented grapes of the frozen Arendale tundra” or whatever. As long as there is alcohol in it.
That’s what my friend says.
Here’s what’s for dinner this week. As usual, be sure to print out a grocery list. Everything you need from the store is already filled out for you. Hooray!
I LOVE salads and I think that even the kids will eat this one!
Tuesday: Cheesesteak Quesadillas
This is GENIUS! How did this recipe idea never occur to me?! I’m dying to try it!
Wednesday: Chicken Alfredo Roll-Ups
This cheesy dish takes only 20 minutes to prep. Done and done.
Thursday: Dorito-Crusted Chicken Bites
My kids are going to go BANANAS for this! And ok, fine…I might inhale a few (dozen), too…
Friday: Asian Beef Skewers
I’ve been loving late nights on the patio lately, so this easy grilled dinner is perfect.
That’s it for this week. Have a great weekend!!
