Does it feel like Fall where you live? It’s finally cool in the mornings and evenings here, with warm but breezy afternoons. I LOVE it! It’s still too warm for sweatshirts and cardigans, but I’m dragging them out anyways.
I can’t wait any longer, you guys. It’s October. That means October clothes no matter what.
Here’s what we are having for dinner this week. As always, be sure to print out a grocery list. Everything you need to buy for your week’s meals is already filled out for you! Trust me when I say that it makes a huge difference in my life when I start the week off with everything I need to feed the family.
Monday: Lemon Pepper Chicken Fettuccine
I love the bright flavor in this dish, and it’s ready in 30 minutes, which is a major plus!! Chicken and pasta is always a favorite here.
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Greek Chicken Gyros
I love gyros and the fact that these can be made in a slow cooker is a major bonus! I’ll serve these with home fries seasoned with Greek seasoning.
Wednesday: Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs are one of my favorite comfort foods. I usually make a double batch and freeze half for another day.
Thursday: BLT Caesar Salad
I’ll serve this with baked potatoes and hot rolls.
Friday: Chicken Enchilada Rice Casserole
Lucy goes crazy for rice and chicken, so I know this dish will be popular with her and make great leftovers for the weekend!
