CHERRY CHEESECAKE BARS
I love cheesecake. I love any kind of cheesecake, in normal form, bar form, cake form, whatever form. I love all the toppings and mix-ins. I have tons of recipes on my blog for cheesecake, and these Cherry Cheesecake Bars are one of the most popular!
Cherry is one of my favorite cheesecake toppings. It’s perfectly tart and balances out the creamy sweetness of cheesecake. The red of the cherries is so cheerful and eye-catching.
The beauty of cheesecake bars is they slice up so easily, they’re basically portable, and they’re fancy even though they’re super simple to put together.
HOW TO MAKE CHERRY CHEESECAKE BARS
These Cherry Cheesecake Bars are super simple to put together. You start with a cake mix to make the bottom cake layer. Mix up the cake mix and layer HALF of the mix into the bottom of a lined 9×13 pan.
Then you mix together your cheesecake layer, which is made from cream cheese, vanilla, and granulated sugar. Then layer that on top of your first cake layer.
Spread cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer, making sure to spread to the very edge. Bake and let cool completely before cutting into squares!
I LOVE these Cherry Cheesecake Bars! They whip up in a snap and have a perfectly tart and creamy center. Enjoy!
