Snickers Cheesecake Fudge Brownies {and a KitchenAid Range GIVEAWAY!!}
Happy December, everyone!!
I am SO excited about today!!
First off, I love December. Love. It.
I’ve officially had the iTunes Holiday Hits station on repeat, and I think my family is ready to divorce me. Boys can only handle Toni Braxton singing Sleigh Ride so many times before they kick you out.
Can’t stop, won’t stop, don’t care — Christmas songs FO LIFE.
Also, these brownies. Can we have a moment?
They are fudgy, cheesecakey, and Snickers-ey.
Plus, they are gorgeous. What more could you ask for?
Well…I’m SO very glad you asked.
Most of you know, I LOVE KitchenAid. My husband surprised me with a KitchenAid stand mixer years ago when I started cake decorating lessons. I had to make huge batches of buttercream for classes and my hand mixer was just not cutting it.
He came home from work one day with a KitchenAid mixer and it was seriously the sweetest thing — it has since become indispensable. I use it every day!!
But as we ALL know, KitchenAid makes more than just really awesome mixers — they make ALL kinds of top of the line appliances.
Like 30 inch, 5-Burner, Freestanding Double Oven Ranges with Even Heat Convection.
…in your choice of GAS or ELECTRIC.
This gorgeous appliance is valued at $2499.00…and I’m thinking it would make an EXCELLENT Christmas present for YOU!!
Just think of all the cookies you could bake in that oven!!
Or cookies in the top and brownies in the bottom? Just a suggestion.
However you use it, I want you to win this thing!!
To enter, just use the widget at the bottom of this post. I have teamed up with four other sweet bloggers, so you have several ways to enter to win!!
And you’ll definitely want to try these Snickers Cheesecake Fudge Brownies — it doesn’t get much better!!
Ingredients
- Brownies:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, melted
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 TBS vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- Cheesecake:
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 8 oz bag unwrapped Snickers Bites (or 8 oz Snickers Bars, roughly chopped)
- Frosting:
- 4 TBS salted butter
- 2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 TBS milk
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 pan with foil ( I prefer to line mine with foil prior to spraying -- it makes the brownies easier to remove) and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa and melted butter. Stir in sugar until combined. Stir in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla. Fold in flour JUST until you no longer see flour streaks in the batter. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
- In the bowl of your mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg on medium speed until smooth. Stir in Snickers and spoon mixture evenly over batter in the pan. Using a knife, gently swirl through batter until it looks marbled. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs but no raw batter. Cool for about 30 minutes.
- Prepare frosting: In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Whisk in cocoa powder and milk, whisking until thickened. Let mixture begin to JUST BARELY boiling -- remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar until smooth. Quickly pour and spread over brownies. Refrigerate until cool and firm.

Whoa!! I just decided what I want for Christmas… these brownies, AND the oven! =)
My favorite holiday cookie are gingerbread cookies
I’m looking for a new stove, this would soooooo do it for me!!!
I love the iced sugar cookies :)
My stove is 14 years old I need this stove so bad I’m a big baker & cook……thinking about trying to hold bake sales ,for extra money & to be busy at something I love to do!!!!!
I love love kitchen aid everything . And I love chocolate peppermint cookies
Whoa! I’ve always dreamed of a stove like this!
All I want for Christmas is a new stove! Mine is a piece of junk. Only one burner has enough ump to boil water. Grrrr. Santa — are you listening? My favorite Christmas cookie recipe is Payard’s Flourless Chocolate Walnut cookies. My friends love it, too.
I was driving to my friend’s house for Thanksgiving dinner at 3:30 pm on Thanksgiving day. Turned on 96.5 KOIT in San Francisco. Christmas music!!!! Love it. Didn’t care it was a day early. Christmas music makes me happy. I’d happily listen to it 365 days a year.
Would love to have this stove
For some reason, I get half of the widget… I love my Kitchen Aid mixer (I loved its predecessor more, but somebody liberated it from my possession), walk through the displays sighing lustfully after everything they make.
Looking forward to trying this recipe. Thank you for your contributions to my growing recipe file!
I need to replace all my appliances except for the stove. This would allow me to go with the stainless steel and not have the oddball stove. My favorite snickerdoodles would taste better if they came from an oven that matched all the other appliances
My mom’s cinnamon sugar cookies decorated with Jiffy frosting, mum num!!! So good and good memories!!!!!
Loooove everything about this recipe! And that Kitchenaid ain’t too shabby either.
Love your blog, recipes and the range :)
I love the recipes. I can’t instagram as my phone is archaic…(sigh….) how wonderful it would be if my stove were not and I could make superb dishes and bake all kinds of holiday goodies on this wonderful stove. Would so love to win.

Ingredients I’ll be on my grocery list in a few seconds. Must make these.
I’m dreaming of a KitchenAid Christmas!
I am totally jumping on this recipe. I’m new to your blog but am loving it! And I would totally LOVE that stove/oven!!
Is there such a thing as too much Christmas music? I don’t think so. These snickers brownies look amazingly tasty!
The base says 4 eggs and the cheesecake layer doesn’t list an egg but the directions for the cheesecake says to add egg. You have me confused. Is that egg one of trhe original 4 or did you omit the egg in the ingredient list? I want to try it but I would appreciate a correction
Oh how I would die for this oven! Thanks for the chance!
Sign me up for the drawing!! I am a kitchen designer and we LOVE everything kitchen aid…. happy december!
Those brownies look phenomenal!!!
My favorite holiday cookie is Peanut Butter Blossoms! Thanks for the chance! :)
Love Christmas Baking and would love it even more with that oven!
love the oven, pick me!
These look so good… I am making them right now, how many eggs in the Cheesecake part? The instructions says beat eggs, the ingredients does not show eggs. I hope eggs mix well with snickers.
In the ingredients section lists you mention 4 large eggs – at the brownies part. In the instructions for part 2, you write “Stir in eggs, one at a time” – and under the instructions of Part 3, “in the bowl of your mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg” …
I’m a little unsure about where to use the eggs – and if both, how many?
The recipe looks so good, can not wait to try it!
Best Regards
Maria, Denmark
Hey girl!! There are 4 eggs in the brownie batter and one in the cheesecake. So sorry for the confusion. I hope you enjoy them!!

I love all your yummy posts! Thank you! I would also love that range!!!
Fantastic stove! Would look so good in my kitchen!!
Please tell me I’m not too late for the oven…I could really use it!
I would love to win this oven! I would be able to bake way more often if I could do it while I make supper! I don’t know if I can win since I’m in Canada though. :)
The widget doesn’t seem to like my mobile safari window, so I’m entering here. Those brownies look AMAZING! And I’d love to win the Kitchenaid range for my very deserving mother!
I guess this is where I have to enter. I could really use a new stove, winning this one would make my cooking the Brownie recipes a lot easier.
I NEED a new stove!!
I would just love a new stove and would bake all the time….. Please….. Merry Christmas to and yours.????

Hello… What is TBS? Thanks… :)
Jesus is telling us to use the goods entrusted to
us in the right way ‘ to use them to treat others with the undeserved generosity
with which God has acted toward us. Unlike most monastic libraries, this one

Hmmm, mine don’t seem to be cooking. They’ve been in a 350 oven for about 45 minutes now and are still COMPLETELY raw. Not really sure what to do at this point other than keep them in there and hope for the best…
