This festive red, white and blue coleslaw is a crunchy combination of tangy and sweet. Chock full of cranberries, blueberries, cabbage, red onions and pecans. Serve it at your next cookout or Fourth of July gathering.
Coleslaw isn’t for everyone, this is a fact. My husband has always loved it, while I’m more of a potato salad person. I like my side dishes to have a little substance (AKA CARBSSSS), what can I say?
HOWEVER — this coleslaw has opened up a whole new world. Forget that limp, mayo-heavy stuff of the past — this coleslaw is crunchy and tangy and perfectly sweet. Eat it plain or pile it on a grilled chicken sandwich (just try it and thank me later), you’ll love it either way!
