I am SO excited to be spending the weekend in Las Vegas with some girlfriends. Lots of food, shopping, massages, and a Britney Spears concert to top it all off!
Coming home tomorrow evening is going to be rough. It always seems to take me forever to get back in the swing of things (and a 2 hour time change, uggghhhhh), so I’m going to be SO thankful to have my dinners for the week already planned.
Don’t forget to print out a free grocery list. Everything you need is already filled out for you.

Monday: Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls
These are a family favorite that I haven’t made in a long time!
Tuesday: Mississippi Roast
Another favorite, and so easy! I usually make this every month or so. SO good!
Wednesday: Butter Chicken
Throw it in the oven and done! I usually serve this with some rice and a side veggie. We all love it.
Thursday: Big Fat Bacon Sliders
I’ve never tried this recipe, but I don’t think you can go wrong with beef wrapped in bacon.
Friday: Crispy Shrimp Pasta
Another new-to-us dish that I’m excited to try! Shrimp, pasta, heavy cream…what could go wrong?
