Happy Saturday, friends! It’s cold and rainy here, so we are all cozied up inside — perfect weather for watching the Super Bowl!!
It’s also great weather for making a cup of hot tea and sitting down to map out this week’s meals. Here’s what looks good to me this week — don’t forget to print out a free grocery list. All the items you need for dinner through the week are filled out, so it’s super handy! Just print one out and head to the store!

Monday: Enchilada Casserole
We all like this one, but my son LOVES it. It’s not often that he actually gets EXCITED about dinner, so this stays on permanent rotation.
Tuesday: Slow-Cooker Korean Style BBQ Pork
I’ve been thinking about this since I first saw it on Pinterest this week. It looks so good!
Wednesday: Olive Garden Chicken Gnocchi Soup
One of my favorites! And also, the only way I can get my boys to eat spinach.
These potatoes are another dish I’ve had on my mind since pinning them this week. Pair these with my favorite chicken tenderloins, and we’ve got a meal!
Friday: Crockpot French Dip Sandwiches
A longtime favorite of ours, and they are so easy, too!
