My weekly meal plan is full of family friendly dinner ideas that are perfect for busy weeknights!
I’ve been on a social media trip with Disney all week and I can’t WAIT to tell you about all of the fun new stuff they have going on! Naturally, my kids have been in absolute heaven — we are all dreading the return home in a couple of days. If you ever need an escape from February winters, pop over to Florida for a week. Not only is the weather absolutely PERFECT, but nothing is crowded! It’s amazing!
Here’s what I’ve chosen for our meal plan this week. I always have a tough time jumping back into the swing of things after a trip, so I know I’ll be glad to have a plan when I get home. As always, be sure to print out a grocery list for easy shopping!
Monday: Tater Taco Casserole
Tater tot casserole and tacos are two of my kiddos’ favorite dinners, so combining them just seems like a no brainer! Can’t wait to try this!
Tuesday: Chicken Cordon Bleu Grilled Cheese
These gooey, crispy sandwiches look too good to resist! I love Chicken Cordon Bleu!
Wednesday: Romano Chicken with Lemon Garlic Pasta
Crispy, cheesy chicken with bright lemony pasta — twist my arm.
Thursday: 20-Minute Moo Shu Pork
We will serve this over rice, which is one of Lucy’s favorite things on the planet. Serve anything over rice and she’s all for it! I love how quickly this meal comes together.
Friday: Slow Cooker Beef Tips
I will serve these over mashed potatoes. Beef tips are one of my favorite cozy, simple meals.
