I hope you hadn’t given up on my meal plans — I decided not to make one for the week of Thanksgiving, since things are always so weird with the cooking and leftovers…we usually have take out the day before, then Thanksgiving and then leftovers for a few days. Then I decided to take the weekend right after Thanksgiving off and didn’t write up a post. Sometimes you’ve just got to unplug, and I try to do that on Thanksgiving weekend and the week after Christmas. It’s always nice.
I’ll be sharing my normal meal plans for the next few weeks, then I’ll probably skip the week after Christmas. But there are always my meal plan archives to choose from, so if you’re stumped for ideas — go through it! There’s lots of great meal plans that can be used again.
Here’s what is looking good this week. As always, there is a printable grocery list with all the ingredients filled out for you. Easy peasy :)
