Looking for simple, family friendly weeknight dinners? I’ve got lots of inspiration on my weekly meal plan!
We are in the midst of our master bedroom/bathroom remodel, and things are a mess around here. Mess around the house always seems to equal clutter in my brain, which means that I really need to try to stay organized! Making lists help, and meal planning definitely takes a load off my mind. The other day I couldn’t remember what we were having for dinner, and I was able to look up my meal plan. Since I had shopped earlier in the week, I already had all the ingredients in the pantry! It’s so nice not to run to the store a zillion times through the week.
Here’s what we’re having this week. As always, be sure to print out a free grocery list. Everything you need is filled out for you! Just print and run to the store, easy peasy.
Monday: Oven Baked Ranch Chicken Tenders
We love chicken strips, we love ranch dressing…this seems like a no brainer.
Tuesday: Sausage Stuffed Manicotti
We love manicotti and I haven’t made it in a long time.
Wednesday: Best Chicken Enchiladas Ever
I LOVE enchiladas! I’m looking forward to making these instead of our usual tacos.
Thursday: Honey Mustard Chicken Chopped Salad
Chopped salads are great for my family because they are full of “stuff”. The kids aren’t crazy about a ton of lettuce, so this is perfect.
Friday: New York Style Pizza
I told the kids we’d make homemade pizza and our own crust this weekend, and this looks like the perfect recipe to try!
