Jewelry Nut Auction Giveaway!!
I have not always been an “accessories person”. I was always a little overwhelmed by them — did they make me look overdone? How do you buy pieces that will go with multiple outfits? Do earrings and necklaces have to match?
Make things too complicated, much?
During my pregnancy, I realized that accessories were really a lot of fun — they always fit!! Especially during the end of my pregnancy when I outgrew most of my maternity clothes and wore the same tank tops and cardigans over and over…I discovered that a few accessories totally changed the look. It didn’t look like I was wearing the same thing every day!!
Plus, I felt good about buying stuff that would fit me post pregnancy, instead of investing in more maternity clothes that I’d hardly wear.
Now that baby girl is here, I mostly go for comfort, but it’s nice to throw on a cute scarf or necklace if I’m going to run a few errands. I can still dress comfortably, but feel good about what I’m wearing. Plus, people are all, “Oh, you look super cute for just having a baby” and I’m all, “yes, I work hard at it” but in my brain I’m really thinking, “that is because my adorable necklace is distracting you from my post baby belly”. Truly — I still look like I’m into my second trimester.
One place that is my go to for cute accessories is Jewelry Nut Auctions. They offer tons of items, most of which are priced between $16 -$28 — and shipping is FREE!!!
Shopping with them is easy — they have fixed rate auctions on Facebook every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday night. Wednesday nights the auctions are for clothing and home items, some of which are perfect for the holidays!!
To get started with Jewelry Nut Auctions, all you have to do is “Like” their Facebook Page HERE. On the page is a “register” tab, where you can set up your account for payments and shipping. Then watch for the auctions to start on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.
Photos will be posted of the items for auction, along with price and quantity in stock. To claim, just leave a comment saying, “SOLD” before they sell out and it’s yours!!
I was sent this fun scarf and absolutely LOVE it. It’s lightweight and adds a pop of color to any outfit. Great way to dress up a T-shirt!!

I would love to use it for myself. Though that would depend on whether I am able to get all of my shopping done this year with the crazy schedule that I have in December.
If I won the gift card, I would probably start out with intentions of buying something for myself and then end up actually using it to buy something for someone else, because that’s what always happens. But I love buying gifts for people! It gives me way more of a thrill to buy a gift for someone else than it does when I buy something for myself.
