Guest Post: Mini S’mores Pies
My guest post for today comes from one of my very best blog friends, Shelly from Cookies and Cups.
Shelly started reading my blog in the very beginning, and she always left me the sweetest and funniest comments, which was awesome because…well…hardly anyone else was reading or commenting.
Unless you count the crickets that were chirping between blog posts…
Over the past year, I have really gotten to know Shelly and it turns out that we have TONS in common–sometimes we even bake the almost identical thing without even discussing it. Instead of ESP, I think we have BSP (get it? get it? no?).
And today I finally get to meet Shelly in REAL LIFE!! She is making the trip from New Jersey to New York City to have lunch with my husband and I and I cannot wait to meet her.
Between the two of us, we are likely to scare my husband off. And half of New York.
I hope you all love her as much as I do!!
In the meantime I will share a fun, easy, no-bake recipe that is perfect for the upcoming S’more months.

Thanks for visiting my blog! I realize you could be doing more important things with your time. Like watching the news or washing socks. I hope you stay awhile. Much more fun than socks, I promise.

Delicious Shelly! I know you both will have an awesome lunch date – wish I could join!
xxoo
Yummmm. Looks good. Have a great lunch together!!
I love S'mores & I love S'mores pies! I actually made very similar mini S'mores Pies last year, and they were so good! If you're intereseted in seeing my version you can see them here: http://tiny.cc/n87kg
You two are my favorite blogs to read! It only makes sense you gals would be friends. And mini smores pies? My boys say, Thank You!
These mini-s'mores pies look great and would be fun to make in the pie jars.
Hope you ladies have fun meeting each other IRL in NYC. I'm sure all the laughing and giggling will be heard all the the way to Canada LOL
I love both of your blogs so this makes me happy! Delicous recipe!!
Those look delicious and not nutritious. As soon as I'm eating sweets again, I will definitely be trying this out because I love s'mores :)
Oh. my. gosh. I think I just died of marshmallow induced happiness. I'm going to the beach in a few weeks and I am so definitely trying these out. Ya'll rock.
Yum! Now I want s'mores!
What a brilliant idea! Love it!
I'm not sure what I'm most jealous of…that you got to eat these adorable little pies or that you get to meet Kristan.
I'll go with being most jealous over Kristan. After all, I can make my own pie.
I think all the bakeries in NYC will be a little scairt today knowing that 2 SUPER BAKERS and BLOGGERS will be in town! Y'all both are awesome and hope you have a great time!
I'll try with Gluten Free graham cracker crumbs. Looks yummy!
Those are absolutely adorable!!!
OOOOH! These look amazing!
I have nominated you for a blogging award, go check it out!

I love how simple these are! I think I may have to bring along the ingredients for these when we go camping this summer!
YUM! I had to post a link on EdibleCrafts.CraftGossip.com. Yay for you two to get to meet in reality. That's funny about the BSP. I post on BOTH of your blogs so much over at Edible Crafts, and I often think, "wait, was that from cookies and cups or confessions?" BFFs I'm sure.
Well these are just a great idea! So fun for a barbecue.
These look amazing and like something I could NOT screw up! :)
Shelly, You are just popping up all over the place:) Love it! This is a fun and tasty summertime treat.
I can imagine with the two of you together for lunch, there will be a laugh a minute! Both of you never fail to tickle my funny bone! Have fun!
Fantastic idea! Love it!

This makes me wish I had kids!! I will just have to enjoy it without them. :)
Çok ?irin gözüküyorlar :)
Ellerinize sa?l?k..
Sevgilerimle..
I love smores so these are perfect for me:) Yummy!
Those are the cutest little s'mores pies evah!
I'm still trying to convert my husband, too! Both he and my son are no-go's on marshmallows. And that's why we don't camp, because I'm a no-go on camping without s'mores. Maybe these pies will convince them. :)
Okay Shelly, You deserve a repeat comment:) This treat looks like a perfect one to whip up this summer! Thanks. Love that they are individual little pies:)
I bet you and Kristan, together at lunch, were a laugh a minute! Both your blogs never fail to tickle my funny bone:) (I inadvertently left this on your blog first.)
I feel it only fair that I comment on your site too:) Yum, that looks delish!
Love this recipe! It is going on my must make list!
I have made a large s'more pie before but these looks much easier! I will have to switch it up next time I have the craving…
these look delicious! i am not a big pudding fan but i will get over that to eat one of those =) yum!!
My broiler and I haven't been speaking to each other for about 3 years so I'm going to have to get out the torch. It's a touchy subject but it has to do with garlic bread. And I was pregnant so yeah I blame it on the hormones but still – we're not speaking. These look like so much fun!
I just made these tonight for dessert and they were so yummy and everyone loved them. I wasn't going to put the pudding in because I didn't have time to stand at the stove to make it, but I found microwave directions on the box and made the pudding in the microwave…easy peasy! This is definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing!
These are adorable and I just love the story of how you became friends!
What a fun and easy treat to make! Who could resist?
Where the heck was I when this was posted…MARS? Wow, I love these mini pies – seriously one of the yummiest looking treats. So glad I saw this.
